25Live Requester Training & Access

A 25Live requester is someone who is interested in using space on campus that can be reserved using the 25Live scheduling system. By completing the 25Live training you’ll have access to reserve available spaces on your own at any time. You must be reserving on behalf of a registered student organization or university department to gain access to 25Live. Follow the steps below to access and complete your training.

STEP 1: Self Enroll in the 25Live Training Course in Canvas using your ONYEN and password.
STEP 2: Complete the 25Live training videos and complete the quiz.
STEP 3: Login into 25Live

After you’ve completed the 25Live Training, you’ll be notified by a 25Live administrator that your access has been turned on. It takes 2-3 business days after your initial login to create your full profile, so please allow 2-3 business days between your initial login and submitting your first reservation request. During peak times (April, October, and beginning of both academic semesters), this turnaround may be longer (5-10 business days) so please plan accordingly.
