Campus Y Room 207

Campus Y 207 is available for reservations in 25Live during the academic semester.

When can I reserve?

• Reservations on weekdays (12:30PM - 8PM) can be booked in 25Live directly by UNC staff and registered student organizations. You must complete 25Live training to book this space in 25Live.
  • 3 day advance notice is required
• Reservations on weekdays 8:00PM-10:00PM, and on weekends must be sent as a request via email to the Carolina Union Event Services Team ([email protected]).
  • 10 day advance notice is required, as to allow our team time to coordinate with the OneCard office for building access.
• Reservations are not accepted on weekdays prior to 12:30PM.
• Reservations must be made within the Carolina Union's building hours.

I made my reservation, now what?

Campus Y Room 207 is managed by the Carolina Union Event Services team in a similar fashion to other General Purpose Classrooms around campus and will require a signed service agreement for confirmation.

Unlike other General Purpose Classrooms, Event Services approves both student organization and department reservations. No food is permitted. Events open to the general public are subject to being relocated or requiring paid staff to be present.
