How to Reserve

1. Complete 25Live training if you have not.
   • 25Live Training is manually approved by the Carolina Union team, if you need assistance with training please email eventservices@unc.edu.
2. Log In to 25Live.
3. Search by “Locations” for “Toy Lounge”.
   • Dey 0409 should populate.
4. Click availability.
5. Click the current date, and select the future date you’d like to book the space from the calendar.
6. On the availability grid, click the timeframe you’d like to book.
7. Create a reservation using the event form, and complete all fields.
8. Click “save”.
9. Await final confirmation of your reservation.
